Since graduating Laine Theatre Arts in 2015 and alongside being an actor, Reece is also a writer specialising in children's theatre. 

In 2021 Reece wrote the cabaret show 'ICONS' for the Drag Artiste Gracie Lou which premiered at the prestigious 1901 Arts Club, London in January 2023. The show later toured the UK and internationally in 2024 to critical acclaim hailing it as 'a night out you actually should not miss'.

Reece co-wrote and hosted the theatre radio show 'Sit in the Stalls'  alongside performer Claire Learie, which debuted on UK Radio Network in 2020. The radio show later transferred to Box Office Radio from 2021-2023. Sit in the Stalls was created during lockdown 2020 and went on to champion new writing and interview performers and creatives from the West End and Broadway including  Shoshana Bean, Frank Wildhorn and Louise Dearman. 

December 2020 saw the release of the critically acclaimed 5 star Sitcom Pilot 'The Gift That Keeps Giving' co written by Reece Kerridge and Jenna Boyd, with music and editing by Ben McQuigg and starred a West End cast.

2019 saw the debut of  his one man show 'An Evening with Reece Kerridge' which played in his home county of Suffolk and at SingEasy, London.

Reece is currently writing and developing a brand new children's Show titled 'Evil Educator' alongside Composer and Lyricist Michael England.
